Multi-Location Restaurant Group

Case study image

The restaurant group had built a strong local reputation through excellent food and customer service, yet their digital presence failed to reflect the quality of the in-person experience. Their social media accounts were active but lacked a clear strategy, relying primarily on occasional food photography, promotional offers, and event announcements. While engagement remained relatively healthy, very little of that attention translated into actual reservations or repeat visits.

Our first step was conducting a comprehensive audit of their customer journey, from discovering the restaurant on social media to completing an online reservation. We identified several points of friction, including inconsistent branding across locations, weak calls-to-action, irregular posting schedules, and content that focused almost exclusively on menu items rather than the overall dining experience.

To address these issues, we developed a localized content strategy tailored to each restaurant location while maintaining a unified brand identity. Instead of simply showcasing dishes, we shifted the focus toward storytelling—highlighting the atmosphere, behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, seasonal menus, customer experiences, and the people behind the brand. This created a stronger emotional connection with potential diners and positioned each location as a destination rather than just another restaurant.

Alongside the organic strategy, we launched geo-targeted Meta advertising campaigns designed to reach nearby audiences during peak decision-making hours. Creative assets were continuously refreshed using short-form vertical videos, customer testimonials, limited-time promotions, and event-focused campaigns. We also implemented A/B testing across audiences, offers, and creative formats to improve campaign efficiency while reducing wasted advertising spend.

Every campaign was monitored through weekly performance reviews, allowing us to identify high-performing creatives, optimize audience targeting, and adjust budgets based on reservation trends. Over time, the restaurant group established a predictable marketing system that consistently generated bookings instead of relying solely on word-of-mouth or seasonal demand.

Within a few months, social media evolved into one of the business's most reliable acquisition channels. Reservation volumes increased significantly across multiple locations, engagement became more meaningful, and customers began sharing their own experiences more frequently, creating a continuous cycle of organic exposure and new customer acquisition.
